 • Converting an inquiry into a new client
• Establish and improve cooperation with new/existing customers
• Customer Handling
• Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail
• Handling phone calls and follow up on WhatsApp
• Proper Maintenance of internal data
• Willing to travel for office purpose
• Handling customer queries
• Prepare outgoing mail for distribution
• Maintain office filing and storage systems
• Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
• Retrieve information when requested

Requirements:

Knowledge:

• The candidate should have hands on experience in client handling and product selling.

• The candidate should preferably have knowledge of selling customer solutions over a call.

• The candidate should possess prior knowledge about customer retention/upselling.

Experience: • 1 – 3 Years of relevant sales experience

Qualification: • Graduate / MBA / B.Tech or any Equivalent Degree
